Keynote : From Building New Universities to Renewing Existing Ones:

Lessons From Around the World: Universities have long balanced tradition with reinvention, but over the past two decades this tension has intensified: a new generation of universities has been created around the world, while established institutions have grappled with many of the same questions. Drawing on experiences captured in The New Global Universities and the creation of the Future Universities Alliance, Noah Pickus explores what these efforts reveal about the future of higher education and how universities can learn from one another more effectively in a period of rapid change.
